Account Security: Don't share your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
3. Recipe Content & Usage
Personal Use: All recipes and content on NoAdsCooking are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to cook our recipes for yourself, family, and friends.
Sharing: Feel free to share links to our recipes on social media or with friends. However, please don't copy and republish our full recipes on other websites, blogs, or publications without permission.
Commercial Use: If you'd like to use our recipes for commercial purposes (catering, restaurants, cookbooks, etc.), please contact us for permission.
4. Recipe Disclaimer (Please Read!)
Cooking Involves Risk: Cooking involves heat, sharp objects, and food safety considerations. We provide recipes and cooking guidance, but we can't control how you prepare food in your kitchen.

5. Premium Subscriptions
Subscription Tiers: NoAdsCooking offers premium subscription tiers (Kitchen Pass, Kitchen Keys, and Day Pass) with additional features and benefits. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.
Payment: Subscriptions are processed through SureCart. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Free Trials & Promotions: Free trials and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and limitations. Promotional pricing may require a minimum subscription commitment.
6. AI-Powered Features (Kitchen Helper & AI Search)
AI Assistance: Our Kitchen Helper chat and AI-powered search features use artificial intelligence to provide cooking advice and recipe recommendations. These features are designed to be helpful but should not replace professional culinary training or food safety certification.
Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. Use your best judgment and consult reliable sources for critical food safety questions.
Usage Limits: Free accounts have daily message limits for Kitchen Helper. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on NoAdsCooking, including recipes, text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, are owned by NoAdsCooking or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Content: If you submit content to NoAdsCooking (such as comments or recipe reviews in future features), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use NoAdsCooking for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content using automated tools without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Share your premium account credentials with others to circumvent subscription fees
9. Privacy & Data Collection

No PII Collection: NoAdsCooking is not designed for collecting sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) or highly confidential data. Please don't share sensitive personal information in chat messages or other user-generated content.

Service "As Is": NoAdsCooking is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoAdsCooking, its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to foodborne illness, kitchen injuries, or cooking mishaps.
